Recycle Your Recycling Bins, Shred Documents

Curious about what to do with your old recycling bins now that Huntington Woods has shifted to single-stream carts?

The has you covered: Stop by the DPW yard from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday to drop off your old bins to be recycled.

"If you cannot make Sunday, you can bring your unwanted bins whenever," reads an e-mail from the DPW.

Also Sunday, the Southeastern Oakland County Resource Recovery Authority shredder will be available for residents to use at the Huntington Woods Public Works Department.
