South Oakland Business Expo Early Bird Registration Open

Discounted early bird registration is under way through Saturday for the South Oakland Business Expo, which will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 7 at Club Venetian Banquet Center in Madison Heights.

The networking event – which is being put on by Chambers of Commerce in Berkley, Birmingham, Clawson, Ferndale, Madison Heights/Hazel Park and Royal Oak – will provide participants with the opportunity to visit more than 80 area businesses showcasing products and services.

The schedule for the sixth annual SOBE is as follows.

• 9:30-11 a.m.: business-to-business networking
• 11-11:30 a.m.: lunch break
• 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m.: business-to-consumer event
• TBA: 30-minute information seminars for consumers and exhibitors
