Gas Prices Fall 4 Cents From Last Week, AAA Reports

AAA Michigan is reporting that gasoline prices have fallen roughly 4 cents during the past week to a statewide average of about $3.65 per gallon.

The auto club said Monday that the average price at the pump is about 28 cents per gallon less than last year at this time.

Of the cities it surveys, AAA Michigan found the cheapest price for self-serve unleaded fuel is in the Marquette area, at about $3.55 a gallon. The highest average is in the Ann Arbor area, at $3.68 a gallon.

According to Michigan Gas Prices.com, the BP at 26001 Woodward Avenue in Huntington Woods has gas listed at $3.59 per gallon.

The cheapest gas in Berkley is $3.68 a gallon, located at the Marathon station at 3427 12 Mile Road and Buckingham.
