Friday night fish fry
When: 5-8 p.m. Friday
Where: American Legion Post 374, 2079 12 Mile Road, Berkley
Why go: Get dinner, served with a salad roll and butter, and then stick around for the live music. Plus, you can help a good cause by dropping off canned goods to help Post 374 provide homeless veterans with a hot lunch.

Easter brunch at O'Mara's
When: Seatings begin at 11 a.m. and run through 6 p.m. Sunday.
