Preview: Berkley City Council Meeting
Board, committee appointments, a Public Safety contract and a regional transit resolution are on the agenda Monday at City Hall.
The Berkley City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
Among the items that will be discussed are the following.
- Appointing Tim Gaudet to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board with a term expiring July 2014.
- Appointing Anela Mihaescu and Dan Mihaescu to the Beautification Advisory Committee with terms expiring July 2015.
- Approving a contractor agreement with Catherine Pounders as a Public Safety Officer in the Berkley Public Safety Department, route: {:controller=>"listings", :action=>"show", :id=>"berkley-public-safety-department"} --> from Sept. 24 through Sept. 23, 2013. The move comes amid staff changes after Sgt. Tom Dzendzel retired from the department May 1.
