Beverly Hills Grill Celebrates 25 Years With $2,500 Gift Card Giveaway

On March 16th, the Beverly Hills Grill will toast to 25 years of success and stability in an industry that isn’t always known for its longevity. The Grill, as it’s known to its many regulars, opened its doors in 1988 and has been a popular mainstay in Beverly Hills ever since.

To celebrate 25 years, Beverly Hills Grill is giving away $2500 in gift cards. Each time a guest dines at The Grill during the month of March, they can fill out a card and be entered into a drawing that will be held in April. Five winners will each receive $500 in gift cards good toward Beverly Hills Grill and its sister restaurants: Roadside B&G, Streetside Seafood, Town Tavern and Café ML. In addition, Chef de Cuisine Dan Meier will be presenting three-course meals for $25 during the anniversary week.

The unassuming restaurant has several dishes that have been on the menu since that first day in 1988, but its menu is frequently refreshed and reimagined, with new dishes added to keep it current and creative. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily along with weekend brunch. The innovative menu and unpretentious atmosphere keep customers satisfied and coming back for more.

Daily specials change for each meal and are handwritten on The Grill’s signature chalkboard as well as posted on their website. A large percentage of guests who frequent the 80-seat restaurant are regulars who are often greeted by name. This personalized service comes from the top down. From the moment Bill Roberts opened Beverly Hills Grill, his focus has been on treating his entire staff with respect, a practice that has produced tremendous loyalty here and at the other restaurants he has opened since. Corporate Chef Patrick Roettele, for instance, started at Beverly Hills Grill 22 years ago and has been with the Roberts Restaurant Group ever since.

The Grill opened at a time when high-end restaurants were thriving. The Golden Mushroom, Les Auteurs, The Excalibur, The Money Tree, Pontchartrain Wine Cellars and Van Dyke Place were immensely popular at the time. None remain open today except for Beverly Hills Grill. As the 25th anniversary approaches, this California-inspired bistro with the neighborhood feel, inspired menu and friendly atmosphere proves to have significant staying power and is poised to celebrate their success with their loyal guests.
