House Hunter Seeks New Home in Birmingham on HGTV Show

Birmingham will be spotlighted Monday night on the HGTV show House Hunters when a financial planner looks to purchase a home here.

According to HGTV.com, the house hunter — Caterina — is a divorced mom and financial planner with "a love of French cooking" who's looking for a home with European flair, a large backyard for her kids and within walking distance to downtown Birmingham.

Caterina's budget will be $400,000.

Also featured on the show Monday will be realtor Andrea Carollo from . Several downtown shops will also be featured, including a yoga class at Birmingham's .

The show airs at 10 p.m. Monday on HGTV, re-airing again at 1 a.m.
