Public Hearings:

The Planning Board will hold two public hearings Wednesday night, including:

• To consider recommending adoption of "Activating Urban Space: A Strategy For Alleys and Passages." The plan would then move on to the City Commission for adoption.
• To consider amending Chapter 126 of the city zoning code. The amendments would establish regulations for the city's public and private alleys as well as add "active vias, connecting vias, destination vias and vias" to the formal definition of alleys and passages.

Final Site Plan Reviews:

On Wednesday night, the Planning Board will consider a plan from the , located at 355 E. Maple, to build an addition at the rear of the building. The addition would provide worship space for the parishoners of the .

Study Sessions:

During the study session portion of the meeting, Planning Board members will discuss the South Woodward Gateway Corridor Plan. Specifically, they will review and evaluate six proposals recieved in response to a Request for Proposals.
