The Planning Board will meet for a special study session Wednesday night. During study sessions, no decisions will be made and each member of the public will be allowed to speak at the end of the sesion. On the agenda for the study session is:

• Review and comment on conceptual presentations for Birmingham's downtown alleys and passageways.
• A final report presentation from the Woodward Avenue Action Association Transit Oriented Development Task Force.
• A discussion of the implementation of the Triangle District implementation plan.
• A review of the Planning Board's action list for 2012.
