Walgreens is coming before the Planning Board looking for approval of their final site plan, as well as a recommendation for a special land use permit. The project needs the permit in order to allow the operation of a drive-thru pharmacy on the first floor, where the pharmacy would be located. The second floor would be set aside for office use and storage.

Jax Car Wash
is also coming before the Planning Board with plans to remove the existing service booth from the Woodward Avenue car wash, construct a new booth in a new location as well as install a new auto-attendant gate.
