This week, Frugal Family scoured local sources to come up with great deals on specialty Italian candles, rug cleaning and pet grooming. Remember to check with the merchants for additional conditions:
Deal: In honor of the sixth annual Shrine Day, shoppers will save 15 percent off storewide, and 10 percent of that day's sales will be donated to the Shrine of the Little Flower School's auction fundraiser.
