Brooklyn Pizza is working on its 17th year in Birmingham and in a new Youtube video, they're continuing to innovate. In the video posted last week, Brooklyn Pizza co-owner Sam Abdelfatah talks about restaurant's new Moroccan chicken pizza, which features a blend of nine spices including tumeric and cinnamon.  Open since 1996, Brooklyn Pizza was formerly the home of The Big Chill, a cappaccino bar and gelateria, according to <a href="http://www2.metrotimes.com/food/review.asp?rid=21697" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a review in Metro Times</a>. Even today, you can still find house-made ice cream, gelato and Italian ices at the pizza joint — in fact, in 2012, Birmingham Patch readers named Brooklyn Pizza the best place to get ice cream in town.
