4 Teens Arrested In Oakland County Shooting That Left 1 Dead: Sheriff

PONTIAC, MI — Four teens were arrested Saturday in the shooting death of a 22-year-old Waterford Township man, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
Officers found the body of Armani Terrell Baker, 22, shot multiple times in the front seat of a Ford Fusion in the area of Hammond and Nelson streets in Pontiac at 12:39 a.m. Saturday, officials said.
Two men, 18, and two boys, ages 16 and 17, were arrested in connection to the shooting. Both men and both boys are from Pontiac, officials said.

The case was turned over to prosecutors for review of possible charges. Both men were being held in the Oakland County Jail and both juveniles were being held in Children’s Village, officials said.
Officers found the car stopped in the middle of Hammond street between Nelson and Oliver streets in Pontiac with its doors open, officials said.

Officials believe the motive was robbery.
"Across this county and the country, it just seems there is less and less value placed on life," Sheriff Michael Bouchard said in a statement. "The tragic loss of a life as a result of a petty robbery is an example. We look forward to these four being held fully accountable for this senseless violent act."
