Graduation Shoutout: Ciara Excels In School, Music, Sports

WHITE LAKE, MI — Graduation is a major milestone and deserves to be celebrated! That's why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to recognize our community's outstanding 2024 graduates.

Tell us why they deserve to be nominated!

Ciara worked hard for five years (one year as an intern) to graduate with at least a 4.4 average. She played for Michigan Tech’s girls club hockey team for all five years, and played with the pep band in the sax section for those same four years. Played alto sax also in a jazz big band along with bass guitar in a jazz combo and sax in at least one other combo, all five years. Besides her internship at a chemical company, she did work study at the university. Ciara is a sweet, kind girl who loves drawing and art, karaoke and all kinds of music!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?

She is an intelligent, sweet, kind human!
