Rain Expected For Final Corn Maze in Bloomfield
Outdoor activities will be a challenge Saturday, but expect better conditions Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

The National Weather Service predicts strong wind gusts approaching 40 mph for much of today, but it will subside behind a cold front coming in the late afternoon. Along with the cold front is a 70 percent chance of rain into tonight. Temperatures wil hover at around 50 degrees, but will dip to 35 degrees tonight, making freezing rain or early stages of snow a possibility.
That doesn't necessarily bode well for patrons of the the Corn Maze and Haunted Corn Maze at the Bowers School Farm, which celebrates its final weekend. .
The forecast calls for partly sunny skies and a high of 50 degrees. Not bad for a little fun and treats at the Franklin Cider Mill. Get it in before next month's shutdown!
