Detroit Lions' Tulloch to Host NFL Kick Off Event at Bianchi’s Salon
Linebacker Stephen Tulloch is teaming up with Bianchi's Salon in Clinton Township to raise money for the Stephen Tulloch Foundation's Operation 55 program, which benefits Metro Detroit children and families in need.

Detroit Lions' linebacker Stephen Tulloch is using his tackling skills this month to take on poverty in Metro Detroit and a Clinton Township salon is helping him make the play.
Tulloch is teaming up with Bianchi’s Salon on 18 Mile Road to host his NFL Kick Off Event, which will raise money for the Stephen Tulloch Foundation’s Operation 55 program.
Operation 55 runs throughout the NFL Season and assists Metro Detroit families by providing dental care and collecting food, clothing and gifts for the families it adopts during the holidays.

The fund-raiser starts at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28. Tickets are $20 and available at all Bianchi’s Salon Locations (Clinton Township, Troy and Royal Oak) and online at www.TullochKickOff.eventbrite.com.
“I’m looking forward to this season and being able to help others with my foundation," Tulloch wrote on his foundation's website. "My entire life my mother has helped others so this is a great opportunity for me to give back to the city of Detroit. Bianchi’s was nice enough to host this event for me and help us raise the funds for my foundation so I hope to see a lot of the fans out at the event on the 28th."

The event will have complimentary food and beverages, a silent auction and live auction including autographed footballs from Tulloch and his teammates. Proceeds from the event will help fund Operation 55's programs.
Last year, Tulloch took more than 500 kids from various Detroit organizations, including The Jalen Rose Leadership Academy, Big Family and more, to home Lions games. He also partnered with the Covenant House of Michigan to provide 55 kids with free dental services.
Salon owner Ralph Bianchi said he expects some 600 people to attend the event at his Clinton Township location this year. Bianchi’s Salon is located at 16650 18 Mile Rd.
