Golden Globe Stars, VIPs to Enjoy Made-in-Macomb Swag

Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats, which are currently sold at Art-is-in Market in The Mall at Partridge Creek, will be featured in the GBK 2013 Golden Globes Gift Lounge.

From the basement of his Macomb Township home to a store in The Mall at Partridge Creek, 14-year-old Skylar Bisel's award-winning luxury bath-and-body line has taken one more retail leap – the 2013 Golden Globes.

Started by mother-and-son team Laura and Skylar Bisel in 2005, Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats are currently sold at Art-is-in Market in The Mall at Partridge Creek, Celtic Sisters Candies and Candles in New Baltimore and online.

This Sunday, the bath treats will take a place of honor inside the GBK 2013 Golden Globes Gift Lounge.

Within the lounge, Bizzy Fizz is slated to showcase some of its most popular designs, including two new whipped sugar scrubs created especially for the event. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive bath treat called "All The World's A Stage" and a bottle of citrus scented Afterglow lotion.

"The original idea we came up with was to give each celebrity a Golden Globe of their own. The bath treats look like the earth and are wrapped with a film strip," said Skylar, in a prepared statement. "We made them with a special core that colors the bath water ocean blue and then releases little film confetti. It's really cool!"

However, this isn't the first time Skylar's bath products have gone to Hollywood. The company's Sugar Lips Kit was previously included in swag bags prepared by The Artisan Group for the 64th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

Bizzy Fizz still operates from the family’s home in Macomb Township.
