Dearborn Police Searching For Hit And Run Driver
Police believe the vehicle involved in the incident is a sports utility vehicle.

DEARBORN, MI — Dearborn Police are searching for the driver of a sports utility vehicle involved in a March 5 hit and run incident at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Military. At approximately 2:11 a.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle believed to be silver Trailblazer or Envoy.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries, but is expected to recover, according to Dearborn Police. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Dearborn Police Department at 313-943-2275. Those wishing to remain anonymous can also call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAKUP.
Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad stated, “We are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of the vehicle involved in this incident,” said Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad. “It is important that we speak to the driver of the SUV in order to complete a thorough investigation and understand what took place.”
