Powerball, Mega Millions Jackpots Roll Over
After nearly $200 million was won earlier this week in a Powerball drawing, nobody claimed Saturday's jackpot.

METRO DETROIT, MI — Every gigantic Powerball jackpot that’s ever been won has started with a first rollover, right? Well, that’s what happened after Saturday night’s drawing.
After someone walked away a nearly $200 million payday earlier this week, the jackpot is growing again. The jackpot now stands at $52 for the Wednesday, Nov. 1 drawing with a cash payout of $32.1 million.
The winning Powerball numbers were: 27, 35, 38, 57, 66 with a Powerball of 10. The Mega Millions jackpot also went unclaimed after Friday night’s drawing. The winning numbers were 17, 27, 41, 51, 52 and gold ball of 13. Tuesday’s jackpot will be $40 million with a cash payout of $24 million.
A total of 44 states, plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, that participate in Powerball. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. Eastern time.

Each Powerball ticket costs $2. Find out where you can buy your Powerball tickets here. The Powerball game is played by matching all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball number. The odds of picking the correct Powerball grand prize numbers are one in 292,201,338.
