Teens Busted Breaking Into Cars
Two metropolitan Detroit teens were arrested for breaking into cars in Dearborn Heights.

DEARBORN, MI — A Dearborn and Inkster teenagers were recently arrested for breaking into parked cars in Dearborn Heights. Dearborn officers responded to a call of suspicious activity in the 530 block Silvery Lane on June 6. Police responded within minutes to the tip and saw three men walking on Wilson Street.
“The men continued to pull on door handles as they walked through the various side streets in the area until they eventually entered a Mazda parked on Plainfield and stole cash from the center console.
After police observed the men rummage through the car, they approached and arrested two 18-year-olds from Dearborn and Inkster and turned them over to Dearborn Heights police. The third man fled the area on foot heading west on Sherbourne Drive.”
