The following information was supplied by the Dearborn Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Dearborn police are investigating two burglaries that occurred sometime on April 24 at Impressive Graphics, at 22001 W. Outer Drive, and the Dearborn Learning Center, at 3711 Monroe Drive.

According to police reports, officers were dispatched to Impressive Graphics in response to a suspicious person complaint. Upon arrival, officers met with the business owner, who informed police that he locked up the store at 5:30 p.m., and when he returned at approximately 8:30 a.m. on April 25 he noticed $825 had been taken from the store's cash register.

Officers inspected the store and discovered a blunt object had been thrown at the business' glass door, allowing the suspect or suspects to enter. One of the cash registers had been thrown on the ground, causing visible damage to the cash drawer, police said. No security footage was obtained at the scene, however officers are reviewing the security tapes from Nexcess.net, a nearby business whose cameras face Impressive Graphics.

After searching the property, officers determined nothing had been removed from the building.
