Wonderland Music Closing Its Doors
Owners Larry and Clarence Wayne became friends with superstar Stevie Wonder over the years.

DEARBORN, MI — One of Dearborn’s most popular and longest running businesses will close its doors at the end of the month. Clarence and brother Larry Wayne have decided to close Wonderland Music, a Michigan Avenue mainstay for decades, according to a Detroit News report.
“I’ve been here 54 years,” said Larry, adding that he “doesn’t feel old.” “There are so many stories.”
“Some of those stories involve forming a longtime relationship with Stevie Wonder, who would visit the 10,000-square-foot store several times a week.”
