45 MPH Winds Possible Across Detroit Area Friday

Winds could reach up to 45 miles per hour across the Detroit area Friday amid a brief warmup, according to the National Weather Service.

Highs will climb into the 70s on Friday, before a weekend cooldown that will keep temperatures in the 60s across the region, the weather service said.
