8 Cows Were In The Road, So A Michigan Deputy Walked Them Home
Police were called after eight cows were seen loose and in the road near Mason, in Michigan's Ingham County, Friday.
INGHAM COUNTY, MI — A deputy with a Mid-Michigan sheriff's office walked eight cows home Friday after a caller reported that the cattle were loose and in the road.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office deputy navigated the cows home, traveling 3 miles on a two-lane road near Mason, the department said on its Facebook page Monday.
The deputy — along with two other men — spent about two hours rounding up and herding the bovine back home, according to WLNS in Detroit.
