DETROIT — Someone in the audience yelled a racial slur during a performance of "A Charlie Brown Christmas: Cyrus Chestnut & Friends" at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra on Friday night, the orchestra hall said.

In a Facebook post, the orchestra hall said the audience member yelled the racial slur toward the end of the performance, which was a one-night-only event.

The orchestra hall did not say what racial slur was shouted in the theater, but said "racism and bigotry have no place in Orchestra Hall, and behavior like this is unacceptable."
