Blue Angels Announce Flight Path Over Detroit: How To Watch

The Blue Angels have outlined the flight path they'll take over Detroit Tuesday. Here's how to catch the event.

DETROIT, MI — The Blue Angels, a flight demonstration squadron, will a taking part in a 21-minute fly over in Detroit Tuesday in honor of first responders battling the new coronavirus. The group released a map showing what routes they will take so those interested in catching the action can do so.

The group posted on Twitter the route they would be taking over Detroit:

The Detroit flight will begin around 11:30 a.m. at Sutton Lake. From there the squadron will fly by Dearborn, over Detroit before looping around Hamtramck, up to Clinton Township before turning south and over Detroit once again.

The Blue Angels also are partaking in flyovers in Indianapolis and Chicago on Tuesday.
