Detroit Lions Golden Tate Catches Beer In Canada
The Lions wide receiver showed off his reception skills, catching a beer while on a ski vacation in Whistler, British Columbia.

In a video posted to Twitter Saturday, Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate catches beer thrown by a fan and immediately quaffs it in a single gulp. Tate, wearing an American flag ski suit, is seen catching a can of beer thrown at least 30 feet by a fan before quickly chugging it to wild cheers from the crowd. The video has had over 30,000 page views on Twitter, and more than 500 retweets.
Tate, 29, is known for his ball (and now beer) handling skills. Tate came to Detroit in 2014 after winning a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks. Tate led the Lions in 2017 with 91 receptions, 1,077 yards and four touchdowns.
Gotta protect @ShowtimeTate at all costs. The man is a National Treasure pic.twitter.com/pUkQnIgYMW
