Doobie Brothers To Make Tour Stop In Detroit Area

CLARKSTON, MI — Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Doobie Brothers will make an appearance in the Detroit area on their "Walk The Road Tour."

The Doobies will perform at the at Pine Knob Music Theatre on Monday, Aug. 4. The show kicks off the North American leg of their tour. The Coral Reefer Band will open for the Doobies.

The tour dates will feature the reunited Doobie Brothers lineup of Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, John McFee and Michael McDonald and feature new music from their upcoming studio album - the first new album by the foursome in more than 40 years.

Tour pre-sales have begun and tickets will go on sale Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. More information can be found here.

The Doobie Brothers last performed in Michigan last August at Pine Knob. Steve Winwood opened for them.
