Kiss To Play Detroit One Last Time At Little Caesars Arena
This can be the legendary rock group's final stop in Detroit, a city that has a long history with the band.

DETROIT — Legendary rock band Kiss will play in the city that bares one of its most famous songs for the last time as part of its third, and maybe final farewell tour, promoters announced Thursday.
The hard-rock-glam band will play at the Little Caesars Arena on Oct. 20, six weeks before the band plays their final concert in a pair of hometown shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Tickets for the Detroit show go on sale April 7 via Ticketmaster channels. A presale starts at 10 a.m. on April 3 for Kiss Army members.

The October show in Detroit will be the third concert in the city on the "End of the Road," tour, which the rock and roll Hall of Famers said is their final go-around.
The group first played the Little Caesars Arena in March 2019, and then played DTE Energy Music Theatre (now known as Pine Knob) in Oct. 2021. Each concert was promoted as the final Detroit stop.

Kiss and Detroit have a long history together, including the band's 1975 live album "Alive!" which was partially recorded in Detroit. The album art features a photo of the band playing at Cobo Arena on May 16, 1975.
The band also lead its next album "Destroyer" with "Detroit Rock City," which became a single in 1976. The band also kicked off its 1996 reunion tour at Tiger Stadium in front of nearly 40,000 fans.
