DETROIT, MI — Prosecutors have accused a Garden City man with two 2017 Detroit murders in which they said he ran the victims down while in his car.
Lawrence Paul Mills III, 32, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of assault on a pregnant individual causing miscarriage/stillbirth, according to prosecutors. He was arraigned last week in 34th District Court and remains in jail, prosecutors said.
