Severe Weather Expected Across MI Early Thursday: What To Expect
Here is what to know ahead of Thursday morning, when severe weather can be expected across much of the state.
WHITE LAKE, MI — Severe weather is expected across much of Michigan late Wednesday and into the early morning hours of Thursday, according to the National Weather Service in White Lake.
The weather service has reported the potential for damaging winds, primarily west of I-75 and south of I-69, is expected along with severe storms between 3-6 a.m. Thursday.
The storm is expected to travel northwest to southeast at 50 mph. Because the storm is currently developing over Wisconsin, Michiganders can expect refinements to the forecast ahead of it reaching the state, the weather service noted.
