Slight Warm-Up, Then More Snow: Metro Detroit Weather
Temperatures will gradually warm up throughout the week, reaching the upper 40s Thursday before another storm system moves into the region.
Light snow showers are possible across metro Detroit Monday amid another day of bitter cold, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters only expect minor accumulations around metro Detroit. Some areas farther north could see slightly more fresh snow.

Forecasters expect mostly rain Thursday before transitioning to snow overnight into Friday when temperatures drop into the teens. As of Monday, it was too early to forecast snow totals.
