Robbery Victim Assaulted, Stuffed Inside Trunk By 5 Men: Report
Police are investigating after this assault and robbery that happened in Detroit Sunday morning.

DETROIT, MI — A 33-year-old man said he was stuffed inside the trunk of his own car by five men on Sunday, according to reports.
Around 2:30 a.m., the man was leaving a club on Detroit's east side when he was accosted by a group, according to Fox 2. The incident took place on the 1700 block of East McNichols Road, just off of I-75.
The suspects allegedly stole an undisclosed amount of money from the man and then forced him into the trunk of his 2016 Lexus. At an undisclosed location, they forced him out of the vehicle and left.

No injuries were reported, and an investigation is ongoing, police said.
