Amish Chicken Dinner at Dexter United Methodist Church Set for Thursday

Catering for Christ, a group of volunteers at Dexter United Methodist Church, will serve Amish chicken dinners open to the public beginning at 5:30 p.m. today.

The cost for the dinner is $6 per person, or $24 per family of four or more. Children under 6 eat for free.

The menu includes grilled marinated boneless Amish chicken from Knights Market; macaroni and cheese (for children only); oven browned potatoes; steamed or roasted vegetables; Caesar salad; assorted dinner rolls; and fresh chocolate chip cookies.
