Apple Laptop Stolen From Vehicle in Dexter

The following information was supplied by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Deputies with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 3000 block of Central St. on Sept. 19, in response to a vehicle larceny complaint. According to police reports, an Apple laptop computer was removed from an unlocked vehicle. There is no further information available.

Minor in Possession of Liquor

On Sept. 21, deputies with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 2000 block of Baker Street. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a juvenile who appeared to be intoxicated. The suspect was turned over to his parents and issued a ticket for possession of alcohol.

Larceny from a building

Deputies with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 7000 block of Palmer Street in the Village of Dexter on Sept. 19. According to police records, deputies were informed unknown individuals removed jewelry from the residence. There was no forced entry into the home. The case remains under investigation.

Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol

On Sept. 19, at approximately 7:30 p.m., deputies responded to a rollover crash at Hankard and Territorial roads in Dexter Township. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 25-year-old male crashed his vehicle, while under the presumed influence of alcohol. No injuries were reported.
