Construction Worker Rescued At Beaumont Hospital Farmington Hills
A construction worker was rescued after falling into a hole at a construction site at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills.
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — A construction worker at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills was rescued Wednesday after falling into a hole at the site. WXYZ-TV reported that the man fell off of a beam into the hole. His identity and condition are currently unknown.
“An executive with the company doing the work, tells Action News the worker was talking when rescued, and they are hopeful he will be ok.
It appears the worker was unrestrained, but it is too early to know if the incident could have been prevented, the company says. In addition to EMT's and firefighters, medical personnel inside the hospital rushed out to help the man. He is being treated at Beaumont.”
