Donations may be dropped off at the business, which is located inside Country Lanes, 30250 W. Nine Mile Road. Most needed items include:

Dog food unopened, 18-40 pound bags
Cat food unopened, 5-30 pound bags
Canned dog food
Canned cat food
Bowls – medium and large, stainless steel
Buckle collars – 18, 20, 22 and 24 inches

The Animal Care Network outreach program visits the streets of Pontiac and Inkster every single day rescuing dogs and cats, doing wellness checks and offering assistance to pet owners with indoor and outdoor pets. Volunteers make 100 to 200 stops every week, install straw in dog houses for dogs living outdoors and offer public education. The organization also provides financial aid for spaying and neutering.
