Gov. Snyder's State of the State Speech to Address Job Creation in Michigan
Snyder will deliver his third State of the State address at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Gov. Rick Snyder will deliver his third State of the State address to a joint session of the Michigan Legislature at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to the Detroit Free Press, one of the main topics of the speech will focus on matching job vacancies in Michigan with workers who possess the necessary skills to fill those jobs.
Snyder notes that the state has thousands of vacant jobs, but a high unemployment level.

The event will be broadcast live online at livestream.com/snyderlive. It will also be broadcast on Fox, and WWJ 950 AM. Following the Governor's speech, State Sen. Gretchen Whitmer (D-East Lansing) will deliver the Democratic response.Β
