Drivers should expect two lanes open in each direction on Interstate 75, unless additional closures are necessary, officials said.
Crews will start completely resurfacing northbound Interstate 75 in 2024, while the southbound lanes will start in 2025, officials said.
Any remaining miscellaneous repairs and removal of the temporary crossovers are scheduled for 2026.
The Michigan Department of Transportation has invested roughly $160 million in the project, which expects to support nearly 2,000 construction jobs, officials said.
