Man Killed In Oakland County Hit-And-Run Crash: Police
Investigators were working to identify and locate the vehicle involved, as well as potential witnesses.
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — A man was killed in a possible hit-and-run crash in Oakland County on News Year's Day, according to police.
Officers found the 68-year-old unconscious man lying along Middlebelt Road near Eldon Street in Farmington Hills at 8 a.m. Thursday, according to police.
He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died, according to police.

Police did not identify the man, but said his last known home was in Macomb County.
The victim’s injuries along with evidence recovered from the scene lead investigators to believe the man was struck by a vehicle. They believe the crash happened between 6 and 8 a.m. They were also still working to identify and locate the vehicle involved, as well as potential witnesses.
