A Farmington strip mall currently undergoing renovations will soon have a new tenant.
A sign posted in the northwest corner of the Drakeshire shopping center announces the coming of Orange Leaf frozen yogurt. The Oklahoma-based franchise has 271 shops across the country and will open another 123 by the end of the year, according to the company website.
Earlier this month, Farmington economic and community development director Kevin Christiansen said Drakeshire owners plan to remodel that section of the mall, creating two units that face Grand River. Orange Leaf will occupy one of them.
