The following arrest information was supplied by the Fenton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Fenton dispatcher discovered a 19-year-old Fenton resident passed out behind the wheel of a running car near the Fenton Police Station around 6:50 a.m. Aug. 12, police said.
Chief Rick Aro said officers woke the teen after several attempts and observed a partially consumed bottle of whiskey sitting outside the vehicle. Police gave the teen a preliminary breath test, which revealed a blood/alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit of .08.
Aro said police arrested the teen on underage drinking charges, released him to a relative and gave him a notice to appear in court.

Aro said store employees reported a woman placed two half-gallon bottles of Grey Goose Vodka in a large bag and exited the store without paying for the items around 9 a.m. Aug. 18.
Employees told police they were able to get the license plate of the vehicle the woman left in. Employees also showed police video footage from July 15, which Aro said revealed the same woman taking two bottles of vodka in the same way.
Aro said the vehicle was registered to a Flint resident and police are continuing to investigate the case.
