Back To School: Grand Rapids 2023-24 School Calendar

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Grand Rapids, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Grand Rapids Public Schools.

The first day of school for most students in Grand Rapids is Aug. 22.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:
