Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester also made the prestigious list.

Prep basketball roundup: Winnie Cunningham provides spark in Pershing victory (detroitnews.com) — Grosse Pointe hoops fans have plenty to cheer about after Grosse Pointe South’s girls dominated Port Huron Northern 66–22 and Grosse Pointe North topped University Liggett 38–23. A standout night across metro Detroit saw strong performances from several local players, but South’s convincing MAC Red opener and North’s win over a neighboring GPW school stand out for Pointe residents.
