Beaumont Names Macomb Woman VP of System Quality, Patient Safety

Paula J. Levesque, R.N., of Macomb Township, has been named vice president of Beaumont Health System's System Quality and Patient Safety. She will focus on patient safety strategies system-wide, including patient safety event prevention, investigation, reporting and mitigation.

In 2002, Levesque joined Beaumont Hospital, Troy as a quality data specialist. Levesque was promoted to manager, Clinical Outcomes Management and director, Safety and Clinical Quality at Beaumont Troy. She then joined Beaumont Health System’s Quality and Safety department as corporate director of External Quality Measures. Most recently she served as administrative director, System Quality and Patient Safety.
