Hayley Chartier was the New Haven High School Class of 2012 Salutatorian. She graduated with a 3.9 GPA.
Chartier is the daughter of Edward and Peggy Chartier of Macomb Township.
She has received a $2,500 four-year renewable university scholarship and four local scholarships. She intends to attend Northwood University to major in hospitality and business.
