The high school basketball team defeated St. Lorenz Frankenmuth 53-39 on March 4 to win the 2012 Michigan Lutheran Youth Athletics State Championship.

Two players, Russ Griffin and Kris Hermann, were also selected to the All Tournament Team for the state tournament. Jake Piette was selected as an Honorable Mention.
