Kelsey Brandon, a Macomb Township resident now in her fourth year at Wayne State University, has again made the Dean's List for both the university and her professional college.
Brandon is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology and social work at Wayne State. she will graduate in teh spring of 2013.
