Meals on Wheels Needs Volunteers

Macomb County Community Services Agency (MCCSA) is seeking volunteer drivers to deliver meals to homebound senior citizens through the Meals on Wheels program.

Drivers are needed in Eastpointe, New Haven, Richmond, Romeo, Roseville, Shelby Township, St. Clair Shores, Utica, and Warren.

Volunteers are asked to drive a midday lunch route at least two times each month. An average route is completed in approximately 90 minutes. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday. Volunteers must use their personal vehicles for delivery and are offered mileage reimbursement.

Meals on Wheels allows seniors to remain in their homes and live with dignity while receiving regular, nutritious meals.
