Lakeside Mall, in partnership with McLaren-Macomb, is starting a new walking club on Wednesdays.
On Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 8-10 a.m., mall walkers will be able to join “Inside Track at Lakeside” in the Food Court. The first 100 walkers to register will receive a special giveaway. A healthcare professional from McLaren-Macomb will give a brief presentation on heart health at 9:30 a.m.
Once walkers are registered, they will be invited to check in every Wednesday morning to be eligible for prizes and/or giveaways. Every fourth Wednesday of the month, McLaren-Macomb will present a brief, informational talk or demonstration with varying themes.
Lakeside Mall opens early for mall walkers daily.
